Sara Ortiz is the Founder and CEO of Air Boss Refrigeration, Inc., a trusted HVACR company based in Laredo, Texas, serving residential and commercial clients across South Texas and statewide. Born and raised in Laredo, Sara brings a lifetime of hands-on experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services to every project her company undertakes.

Sara grew up in the HVACR industry, working alongside her father at Environmental Maintenance Services, Inc., a Texas-based HVACR company that provided commercial and residential services throughout the state. From an early age, she learned the technical foundations of HVAC systems as well as the importance of reliable service, honest communication, and customer satisfaction.

Today, Sara carries that legacy forward through Air Boss Refrigeration, Inc., delivering professional HVACR installation, maintenance, and repair services with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Through years of experience in both residential and commercial HVACR services, Sara recognized the need for a company that combined technical expertise with exceptional customer care. That vision led to the creation of Air Boss Refrigeration, Inc., a company built to deliver dependable HVAC solutions while treating customers with transparency and respect.
